Within the scope of the project, the program will offer youth:
Employment preparation and counseling support
Vocational training to develop social, technical, and digital skills
Psychosocial support activities such as art, sports, and music

DRC pays work permit fees to employers for young people aged 18-60 who are either working informally in the private sector or unemployed but willing to work.
Applications have opened for our basic-level, online, and free digital and social skills trainings for girls aged 13-18, conducted in collaboration with SistersLab and Takeda Turkey.
The trainings will cover 17 different topics, ranging from coding and artificial intelligence to CV preparation, LinkedIn usage, and digital rights.

The Mentorship Program, launched within the “Young Women Building Their Future” project, is a counseling service designed to support the career and personal development of young women aged 18-35 who are neither in education nor employment (NEET).
Through the Mentorship Program, NEET young women (mentees) aged 18-35 will be paired with women working in various sectors with established careers (mentors), aiming to help young women participate in the workforce and enhance their personal development.

The Zeytindalı Association for Solidarity and Cooperation has opened its new center, GROW-Hub, in Defne.
GROW-Hub is a community development and empowerment center aimed at supporting women, youth, and individuals with disabilities—especially those affected by the earthquake—by helping them:
Strengthen their participation in social life,
Develop their vocational skills,
Generate income through production activities,
Build a self-sufficient and independent life.
The center has an inclusive structure that enables individuals to learn, produce, and grow stronger together in solidarity.
In this context, a Community Committee is being established to ensure the center operates in a fair, inclusive, and socially responsive manner. The committee will consist of volunteers who wish to help shape the project together.
