Within the scope of the project, the program will offer youth:
Employment preparation and counseling support
Vocational training to develop social, technical, and digital skills

Persons whose loss of labor force is at least 40% due to the loss of physical, mental, spiritual, emotional and social abilities to various degrees and whose loss of labor force is at least 40% is documented by the “Health Board Reports to be Given to the Disabled” can apply for “Disabled Self-Employment Grant Support” via e-Government with the projects they will prepare within the framework of the procedures and principles specified in the Application Guide published in the announcements section of our Institution's website in order to contribute to production, firstly to ensure their own livelihood and then to create additional employment.
Disabled citizens who are registered with İŞKUR as disabled and who want to start their own business by completing the age of 18;
a) Establishment operations support: A maximum of 30,000TL for expenses such as official procedures, approvals, permits, licenses and insurance for the establishment of a workplace.
b) Operating expense support: A maximum of 115,000TL per year in total, not exceeding 60% of the operating expenses (water, electricity, communication, heating, rent and promotion) for a period of 12 months after the contract signature date (a maximum of 60,000TL since rental support is not provided in projects in the agriculture and livestock sector).
c) Establishment (fixture) support: Maximum 350.000TL including taxes for fixture costs related to the main field of activity of the enterprise for 12 months from the date of signature of the contract in projects belonging to the agriculture and livestock sector, and maximum 435.000TL including taxes for costs such as machinery, equipment, software, hardware, office supplies related to the main field of activity of the enterprise for 12 months from the date of signature of the contract in projects belonging to other sectors,
grant support is provided up to a total of 580 thousand TL.

The Mentorship Program, launched within the “Young Women Building Their Future” project, is a counseling service designed to support the career and personal development of young women aged 18-35 who are neither in education nor employment (NEET).
Through the Mentorship Program, NEET young women (mentees) aged 18-35 will be paired with women working in various sectors with established careers (mentors), aiming to help young women participate in the workforce and enhance their personal development.

The Zeytindalı Association for Solidarity and Cooperation has opened its new center, GROW-Hub, in Defne.
GROW-Hub is a community development and empowerment center aimed at supporting women, youth, and individuals with disabilities—especially those affected by the earthquake—by helping them:
Strengthen their participation in social life,
Develop their vocational skills,
Generate income through production activities,
Build a self-sufficient and independent life.
The center has an inclusive structure that enables individuals to learn, produce, and grow stronger together in solidarity.
In this context, a Community Committee is being established to ensure the center operates in a fair, inclusive, and socially responsive manner. The committee will consist of volunteers who wish to help shape the project together.
